Due to the active support and various initiatives of the Government, India has witnessed a steady rise in the number of startups in the last 3-4 years. The DPIIT recognizes eligible companies as startups, and such startups enjoy vast benefits with respect to IPR filings, tax, labour law compliances etc. We regularly work with startups in different fields', right from the stage of incorporation to their registration under the government scheme all the way to various funding stages. Our work in this area includes:

• Applying for registration under Startup India Scheme;

• Applying to the relevant authorities for tax benefits as well as other benefits under the Scheme;

• Assisting startup companies in areas of their formation including advisory on capital structuring, stock option planning, documentation, etc.!
